The following has been announced by CBC
In an effort to deter fly-tipping in The Bottoms Harlington, we have worked with local residents and arranged a temporary emergency road closure to be put in place.
It is hoped that this will discourage the anti-social behaviour by physically preventing access using concrete blocks. The closure will remain in place for an unspecified period of time and routinely reviewed to determine its effectiveness.
