The following information relating to the auction was received today. I will update as more information becomes available.
Thank you for your interest in the legal pack for this lot. Our liquidator client requires a consent from the court to sell the land, the court stated this would be processed by the end of November 2020 but have now confirmed they will take until 25/02/2021 due to delays caused by Covid.
We will contact you when consent is granted and will sell the land in the first available auction, either 18/02 or 22/04.
Reading the information above if the court statement that a decision won’t be made before 25/02/2021, then the earliest date for auction must be 22/04/2021.
