Bury Orchard is managed by Harlington Parish Council on behalf of the Parish Lands Trust and is the owner outright of the wooded area known as the Spinney. All matters concerning these areas and their use are subject to the agreement of Harlington Parish Council.

Organised gatherings, activities and events require prior approval by Harlington Parish Council and the Trustees before Bury Orchard can be used for these purposes.
