To make an application, just go to the Parish Council website, download, and complete the relevant form

Please ensure you send a completed form and all required documentation to the Clerk by the deadline, which is the THIRD Friday of October (18th). Any applications received after this date will not be considered.
Printed application forms can be supplied by contacting the Clerk.
