we need to carry out essential work to install a new station footbridge at Harlington Station near to your property.
We are committed to keeping the community informed and will continue to provide updates in writing. We would also like to invite you to an online public information event at 18:00 on 20 May 2025.
The initial work will be to prepare the site and will take place on weekdays.
We will be working from:
07:00 – 17:00 Mondays to Fridays from 12 May 2025
This will involve:
- Start on site – 12 May 25
- Renewal of a section of the platform begins on 24 May 25
- Commencement of hoarding installation – 04 June 25
Once the site is set up, to prepare the platforms to support the new footbridge, we will need to install piles. Piling can be noisy so we are planning to carry out as much piling as possible during day time hours and this is planned to begin mid-June 2025.
We expect to be able to carry out the piling to platforms 1 and 4 during the day, but the piling on platforms 2 and 3 will need to be carried out at night as we are not able to do this while trains are running.
