Harlington Residents are invited to nominate people or organisations who deserve recognition for the outstanding work that they performed in the community and who are making a positive contribution to Harlington life by showing leadership, initiative or commitment in the local community.

A paper copy of the form will be available from the Parish Council’s office between 9am and 2pm Monday to Friday, alternatively, please email Clerk@harlington-pc.gov.uk and a copy will be delivered to your home address.
All nomination should be received by 30th June 2021, with the winners honoured at the Parish Council Meeting in July 2021.
Terms and Conditions:
• The nominee must have benefited the community of Harlington.
• You cannot nominate yourself.
• Nominations submitted anonymously will not be considered.
• Nominations for serving councillors will not be considered.
• You can nominate more than one person.
• A separate form is required for each nomination.
