Redrow have advised HPC that work on Archaeological investigations at Sundon Road development site are expected to start from 6th February.
This will involve digging 22 trenches across the site to investigate for any signs of archaeological interest, and is expected to take around 2 weeks. In preparation for that there will be some vegetation clearance of the central hedgerows to allow access for the machinery between the three land parcels – this will be at the proposed location of the access road through the hedgerows, to ensure that no more of it will be removed than will be necessary for the future development of the site.
