I have just received the following information
I am writing to advise you that Lot 27 has been withdrawn from auction on 10th December and will be sold at the next sale on 11th February 2021 https://www.networkauctions.co.uk/online-auction-catalogues/?lid=118454&clientid=24
The solicitor has confirmed today that the legal pack will not be available in time for the auction. The land must be sold in the public arena and we will not accept offers prior to auction on the 11th February.
We apologise for this inconvenience. If you have registered to bid and authorised a card for the registration deposit you will shortly receive a confirmation email notifying you we have cancelled the hold on funds. Please note it can take some card providers up to 7 days to show funds as available.
