Last year, pre-covid, the Council looked at the possibility of making best use of the office facilities and working practices for our staff for the future especially with the possible expansion of the village. The possibility of moving the office into the East room was discussed. This room had limited use for many years as a meeting room and therefore this was considered a viable option. Doing this would not impinge on either of the other 2 rooms which are used more regularly and the space used at present by the office could also be used as a meeting venue. However, at present, mainly because of the strange times we are living through it has been decided by the Council not to pursue this option at this time.
