The previous update quoted a reference of CB/23/01360/RM, it has been reported to me that the link does not yield a result. The ref was supplied by the developers and HPC have asked for clarity (we await a reply).
A call to Central Beds Council planning was made and we have been told that although the ref CB/23/01360/RM will be valid, they have not yet heard from the developers. The original ref was CB/21/05416/OUT, this only shows the outline planning permission.
IMPORTANT
I have been advised by Central Bedfordshire Council that visitors to the exhibition that have concerns and comments should share them with the developer but more importantly should ensure they send their comments and concerns to Central Bedfordshire Council.
When CB/23/01360/RM becomes active Harlington Parish Council will be notified and the application will be discussed at the relevant council meeting. As always, residents are welcome to attend the meeting and share their thoughts.
