Hello everyone, please see below some events coming up over the next few weeks and months along with regular events/classes that may be of interest. The Spring Social on 9th May is being hosted by the Harlington Gardeners Society and not Harlington in Bloom, apologies. Another new event, Harlington Manor Tours on Saturday 30th May, please see further details below. Thank you for sending information about events to us. We are happy to help spread the word!
Harlington Gardeners Society – We will have a Spring Social on Saturday May 9th at 7pm in the Village Hall with a talk by George Lockwood who is a full time totally organic passionate gardener, he was taught his trade at Capel Manor College and has been gardening for the last 15 years.
As the cost of a speaker has greatly increased recently we have decided to charge an entrance fee of £2 for members & £5 for non-members.
Harlington Manor Tours, Saturday 30th May at 12.30pm and 2pm. Learn about this fascinating and historic house. Tickets £12 which includes refreshments in the church afterwards. Book via admin@harlingtonchurch.org. The tour involves coping with uneven floors and steep stairs.

Harlington Ramblers Wellbeing Walks: The Harlington walks happen every Friday morning and start from the Village Hall Car Park at 10.30am. They are a great way to stay fit, enjoy the village, and meet fellow residents. It is almost impossible not to feel good when we’re walking outdoors – it’s a natural mood-booster and a tonic for mind and body.
Whether you used to enjoy walking but have lost your fitness or want to get started to improve your wellness, we’re all in it together. We’re a friendly bunch so you’ll get the warmest welcomes. Everyone walks for their own reasons, whether to ward off illness, manage health conditions or boost their wellbeing. Yet we all get more out of it by walking together.
