Weekly COVID-19 report

Supplpied by CBC

Weekly figures

This week we’ve seen an increase in 12 cases, whilst this might seem a small increase from last week we must not be complacent as there were still 346 new COVID-19 cases in the last week and more importantly four deaths.

Everyone must play their part in controlling the spread of the virus. Remember to:

  • wash your hands regularly
  • wear a face covering
  • socially distance from anyone you don’t live with

Also, if you have symptoms, test positive or are asked to isolate by Test and Trace you MUST do so and can be fined if you don’t.

There is support and advice available to you if you need help to isolate on our website.

The headline statistics from our weekly COVID report and our Public Health partner councils are provided below:

  • Luton: 600 cases (up 63 from the previous week)
  • Milton Keynes: 512 cases (up 164)
  • Bedford: 291 (up 80)
