The number of people testing positive for coronavirus in the last week (week ending 8 November) has increased by 50 cases compared to the same point last week to 334 cases.
The headline statistics from our weekly COVID report and our Public Health partner councils are provided below:
- Luton: 537 cases (up 64 from the previous week)
- Milton Keynes: 348 cases (up 37 from the previous week)
- Bedford: 211 cases (up 10 from the previous week)

The figures now include the number of COVID-19 cases separated out by ‘cases – local residence’ and ‘cases – living away from local residence’. This includes, for example, people who are away studying at university.
