TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL (HARLINGTON: PARTS OF FOOTPATH NO 4 AND FOOTPATH NO 23) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2023
I enclose copies of the Notices confirming the above Orders together with a copies of the Orders. The Notices will appear in the Luton News & Dunstable Gazette on 1 November 2023.
The diversion Order will come into operation on the date on which Central Bedfordshire Council certify that the described in Article 2 of the Order has been set out to their satisfaction.
The creation Order comes into force on 26 November 2023.
